Zisa Top Romantic Terrace & Private outdoor Jacuzzi

The apartment has been fully renovated with good detaik. Very good quality windows and shutters, tiling and furniture. AC units in bedrooms and living area. Access to the building and the apartment feels super secure. The terrace is brilliant and the jacuzzi is just the cherry on the top!

It must be said that it is a 6th floor with no lift, which didn't bother us but it's important to know. We didn't find the area particularly nice but there are shops and supermarkets and it's not far from the buzzing city center.

Apartament jest na ostatnim piętrze, nie ma windy. Schody są strome i wąskie, z dzieckiem było trochę ciężko.

L'appartement est situé tout en haut d'un immeuble d'un quartier à la périphérie du centre ville . Pour y entrer il faut utiliser son téléphone portable qui déverrouille la porte. C'est très facile. La location est très propre, correctement équipée. Nous avions mis le chauffage qui fonctionnait bien. La terrasse est vaste mais en février on en profite pas vraiment, c'est un peu un regret. On a une belle vue sur la Zisa. Le contact était aisé avec Cesare.

La centaine de marches à gravir mais c'était bien précisé. Il manque quelques ustensiles comme une cafetière italienne plus écologique et des explications sur la gestion des déchets.

Des normands en Sicile qui ont passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement lumineux , spacieux et joliment aménagé. Il ne manquait rien , la literie est parfaite , le calme au rendez-vous, une vaste terrasse où nous avons réussi à petit déjeuner et même dîné certains soirs. A proximité à pieds des sites à visiter et corsos à parcourir , le site est très convenable. Nous imaginons à quel point cet appart doit être super agréable à vivre en saison plus « chaude » ! Impressionné par le système d’ouverture des portes 😳 avec le portable ! Attention à ne pas le vider après une journée excursion ! Nous le recommandons vivement en l’ayant fréquenté fin octobre .

Siamo stati ospiti da Zisa Top, struttura completamente rinnovata e questo è molto appagante, buona la posizione, letti comodi e wifi. Proprietà disponibile e gentile.

Pochi appunti ma importante tenerne conto è il piano in cui si trova il B&B, quinto piano senza ascensore. Quindi occhio se tra gli ospiti ci sta qualche anziano o si hanno valige pesanti. Nella presentazione non abbiamo preso visione del piano e all'arrivo con un anziano con problemi a un ginocchio è stato veramente difficile.
