Staff is very helpful and nice. Also I appreciate warm bed. They have kitchen so I cooked some tasty meals. They also offer you washing services. Very good value for money. Recommended.

The accommodation is a form of officetel and has everything you need - a bed, mini fridge, a TV, a desk/chair, a hair dryer, and a mini toilet. The location is great - near to the train station and have many restaurants nearby. There's also this river nearby (I forgot the name) that people go to to exercise and socialise and play sports.

The place is totally cramp and some people may not like it, even using the toilet is extremely uncomfortable because the lack of space makes it hard to sit and your head will probably hit the glass in front of you. There isn't bedsheet nor pillowcase provided; When I enquired, I was told that the thin disposable pillow protector and the thin disposable bedsheet protector is the pillow case and bedsheet! No bath towels either - only two small hand towels. Not much space to hang dry your clothes after washing, especially if you do not have any hangers with you. I found many other better officetels online for the same price later on.

This is my first bad review on here and it is earned rightly so. I have waited a month before I made this review because I wanted to be clear before I sat down and typed it all out. To start with : Clearly the pictures that have been used for the place I stayed in were taken from another unit in the apartment, I get in and there's no sanitary bin so that takes out 50% of the population that can stay in this unit right there. There was communal trash in the shared kitchen area but no woman wants to be throwing that sort of private stuff away in a communal bin that everyone can see. I booked to stay here 3-4 days after the first night I heard my door code being attempted I shouted loudly 하지 마 아니요. Also in english Multiple times clearly and right next to the door. This would prompt the person getting in to stop and double check why the person inside might not want anyone to be barging through. The door was successfully opened and left ajar. I closed this. I received a message from the host apologizing for the mistake and it was miscommunication from the staff and them which I was willing to accept and I replied that I can understand they got the wrong check out date of another tenant or something and that I accepted the apology. This however as a solo woman then puts you on high alert. I made sure not to play anything like music for sake of the other tenants and so I could hear if that was to happen again. 3 hours go by of the same day, I put on my headphones wanting to relax a bit and listen to 2 songs which can be around maybe 6 minutes. I hear a quiet by subsequent tapping. I take off my headphones and play my music out loud and clearly so if anyone was just tapping at my door it would deter them from doing so again. I then start hearing the code of the door being entered again, again shouting in english and Korean for them to stop. Then proceeded to open the door seeing me and closing the door.

The host messaged me saying it was them who opened the door and they were wanting to apologize for earlier didn't hear an answer from inside so opened the door. The entry and exit of that room is for the person that's paid to stay there, the host forfeits that right to do so when a guest is there unless in great emergency. This was a direct misuse of your power in the property, this made me greatly fearful of who at any given time believed they could now walk in and I still had days left in this property. To be declined for a refund unless I left with immediate effect. This was late at this point and couldn't find another stay, I had to stay the nights I had booked, scared and could not relax at all.
