ITThe apartment was very dirty! There was dirt, hair and food all over the floor! The refrigerator was dirty and it looked like no one had ever cleaned it! When we reported this and sent photos, they just wrote that thev would take care of it. We never got an answer. Very unprofessional. Not to be recommended!
SELocation is good. Easy to acess and close to main attractions.
Ventilation is not good. Apartment was very warm. Pillows, quilts and towels were less than we booked and microwave and oven were not clean. Maintenance company was quick to come and fix but semester feeling should be free from fixing these issues.

The apartment and the furniture were not clean. There was dust and dirt everywhere. The apartment is on the ground floor. There is no possibility to open curtains. It is suffocating. Although there was an electric kettle and iron in the description, there was not.

The internet did not work at all. There was an extra bed/cot in the living area which made it very small. We didn’t hear back about our request for an early arrival of any sort, and we called numerous times before getting a return call re internet which wasn’t resolved
