"Disappointing hygiene and customer service"

Very disappointed with the accommodation, especially the customer service. We were unable to use the swimming pool, and the overall hygiene of the accommodation was poor. The facilities were also subpar: the air conditioning in the living room wasn’t working properly, and one of the showers had no hot water. We tried to contact the organization several times during and after our stay, but WhatsApp messages were ignored and phone calls were not answered. We managed to speak to someone once, who said we would receive a call back, but that never happened. We do not recommend this accommodation!
