Exceptional . Perfect location and walk to the center in a minute. Clean , comfort and modern. Exceptional staff and the re so kind to offer a late check out after knowing that we need to take a night train.

The property was large and both bathrooms were large. Property only renovated 1 yr ago. Main bedroom bed was comfortable and the sofa bed was very comfortable. Lovely balconies (2) with views of the pool and garden as well as lovely view of the sea and Mt V. Everything was very clean. Nothing was too much trouble for Ernesto, Vittorio and the cleaner. They went out of their way to assist us with everything - bookings, more water, ordering cars, restaurants and more. I think Ernesto is a genuinely nice person who wants his guests to be completely happy.

Everything - the service from Ernesto and Vittorio is the best I have ever received at any hotel anywhere. They are exceptional. Great views, modern clean room, helpful team. Just splendid.

Nothing perfect!

Amazing place! Let me star with the fact that the entire room has been renovated recently with a very good taste. The room is big, with super nice views of the Vesuvio. The bathroom is extremely clean with a big shower and all has been renovated. The most important thing of this place is the host, Ernesto. Great guy, he was always available to answer any question and provide suggestions and recommendations in the city. He was super responsive and also left us a gift in the apartment for us. The place also had some partnership with a parking nearby, which worked great for those who rented a car. They have a valet parking system where they will bring and take your car from your place. This is super convenient for a very affordable price. Finally, the place is in walking distance to the city center. Super easy to go eat dinner in the city and enjoy a nice gelato!

This place is great . Beautiful view all day long. Everything is brand new and so nicely kept clean. Highly recommend!!!

Great hosts, wonderful & clean room, location is fantastic

The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The facilities inside the room were excellent.

A full length mirror would be good, but apart from that the room is perfect.

Ernesto and team made the check-in so easy. Location is a short walk from the train station. Ernesto was so communicative and lovely and the room was beautiful and clean just like the photos :) the bonus was the elevator for our heavy luggage!

First, about checking in. You should get WhatsApp for ease of communication. This is how you will contact property managers. This is an awesome place. It’s not a hotel but managed by two very lovely guys. There are 3 rooms within the apartment varying in standards and prices. There’s a cleaning person everyday for fresh towels and room cleaning. Each room has its own bathroom. We stayed in the room with view of water and amount Vesuvius. It’s a great view to wake up to. Has coffee machine and water that are refreshed free daily. Our shower was clean and modern. The room is well conditioned or fresh air if need be. The property is close to the center of town with access to everything within minutes but not as crowded and loud as in the town center. They also helped us get two tours while we are there. Both are day tours that lasts about 10 hours each starting at 9AM. We paid for the land tour with Carmine who is a rock star. A bit expensive but worth every penny. He drives you around in a Mercedes Benz. It’s a private tour and he takes you to all the nooks and crannies that you can’t get to on a large tour bus. Second is Capri island tour through Vevecer. Nice groups of guys. Both highly recommended.

Fabulous gem in Sorrento which was the base for us to explore the entire region! The apartment was brand new with a very elegant design and we fell in love with it immediately! Vittorio made the whole process seamless and was very responsive and available to us. The apartment was in the middle of everything and a short stroll to shopping and fabulous restaurants. We had an awesome view of the town and Mt Vesuvius from the sit out balcony and the sunrise and sunsets were magical! Vittorio also helped out with a small mishap when I forgot my ring in the apartment! He went out of his way to secure it and eventually ship it home! Highly recommend this place and the people who will be taking care of you!
