Ashuu Inn Hostel

Spend 2 great nights there. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Reception guy was rude

Big, clean dorms, comfortable beds. Seating area outside. Decent kitchen

Staff attitude was awful. I don't usually write bad reviews but they were so hostile, it was quite shocking. Immature and unprofessional boys running the place. A real pity as the hostel is designed nicely. Eg. Money - used a higher exchange rate (every other hostel in Osh uses the standard xe rate), didn't have change and despite asking 10 times with various excuses, I finally had to force the guy to go to the shop (10m away) to get the change. Booking - I had a booking on booking.com, they had no clue. Said it wasn't working and directed their frustration at me? It included breakfast, they said booking wasn't working and I said it's not my fault. Breakfast - asked and confirmed timing. We agreed 9am. At 9am, there was no one around. I saw ingredients on the table. I waited until 10am. I decided to cook it myself as checkout was 11am. At 10:30am, a groggy boy comes up and says sorry I didn't get up, I said no problem. He then said you have to leave by 11am. Which I had planned to because I didn't want to stay a minute longer at this awful place. But his attitude was terrible. Cleanliness - despite having only 1 other guest, the toilet and shower looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, it was smelly and the sink and floors were dirty. Noise - the boys stayed up past 2am talking loudly, very audible in the dorm. Location - literally at the very very very end of Osh, far from the center

Ashuu Inn is newly built so it has clean facilities, and the staffs are really kind and helpful

There is no locker in toilet. It is broken but seems that they have no idea to fix it. It was really really inconvenient. And they don't give towels.
