Hotiday Rapallo Old Town

Since there were problems with the renovations in this apartment, the host arranged for us a great 4-star hotel with breakfast. It was great! Thank you!

After check-in, we got an emergency call at 6pm from Giovanna that the room given was wrong and all our stuff was picked and moved to the correct one, because the guest was waiting for it and that they need the keys (our keys!) Honestly, we don’t care about mistakes, are things that just happened from time to time. But the fact the they touched all our stuff among very personal items like all our money, our underwear and our food, it feels like a attempt againt our privacy! It was a very disgusting moment considering that we were enjoying a great time in Porto Fino (far away of Rapallo). Later on, we met again with the host Francesca, who barely show the new apartment, it was late and clearly she wanted to go away quickly. She didn’t bring the mistake to the table, and didn’t show sorry about it. They also forgot some of our food in the fridge (they had to bother the other guest 🤦🏻). She told us that she worked at 2 hotels and studied tourism. Clearly customer service wasn’t his best class. Still we didn’t know if they packed all our stuff, sadly we will find it later on. Also, they broke my bag zipper.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mélanie and Richardo's apartment in the heart of Rapallo! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our hosts, who were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and pleasant, setting the tone for a perfect holiday. The location of the apartment couldn't be better—right in the very center of Rapallo. We loved being just a minute's walk from the beach and surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. It made exploring the town so convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with all the modern electrical appliances we could possibly need. Everything was designed for comfort, making it easy for our family to settle in and feel at home. Additionally, the public parking was just an 8-minute walk away, which was very convenient for us. We never had to worry about our car, allowing us to focus on enjoying our time in this beautiful coastal town. Overall, our stay was perfect, and we couldn't have asked for better hosts or a more ideal location. We highly recommend Mélanie and Richardo’s apartment to anyone looking for a nice and memorable stay in Rapallo!

Cosy apartment, good value for money, and very clean. Staff were absolutely brilliant, great first impression. You couldn’t ask for a better location in Rapallo. Will definitely save it for future trips to Liguria 🤩

It was a very central apartament and the host was very helpfull. Totally recomand it!

The only minus is that the apartment did not have air conditioned and it was very hot.
