Awful the property was not what it was described the room was supposed to be beach side view but the view was actually bunch of trees in the way the room stinked of paint like it was painted yesterday WiFi didn’t work at all no pool aswell but they advertised it with pool filled with water also the staff very aggressive one of them tried to start a fight with me no one knows how to speak English at all and also room cleaning services was useless I had the sign up the after two days to staying there to change sheets and pillows they didn’t change it at all I was stuck with same sheets and pillows

The staff were execellent -- Yuseph was very good - he was constantly there to assist with any requests. ALways had smile for us. The hotel is in a great location and the front balcony rooms have a great view --

The breakfast was minimal and not to our taste - we had once in our 7 night stay. There were no coffee or tea facilities in room like most hotels, Bathrooms are very small, shower is good size but wash sink was very small - i kept knocking the soap and toothbrush holder off it. The towels were only changed once in a week while we were there, but we did ask for new towels after a day or two and got them. The side view rooms are tiny - suitable for one person -- if your travelling in a couple - its very claustrophobic. It has a little private beach area which is lovely but you can grab a bed where one is free in any area on the beach -- they dont seem to mind in other hotel areas. the little beach is fabulous i loved it. It is a great location for everything -- I think the 3 star rating this hotel has is OK --

Bed sheet were dirty, lock on the room broke, towels and sheets were never changed

The property is ok with a good choice for breakfast. The Bar staff were nice, friendly and helpful the reception staff not so nice.

They took my payment twice from my credit card and although they agreed they had done this in error they refused to refund the amount to my credit card before I left saying too many days had passed??! They took the money the day I booked and the day I arrived, the payment was taken by the Hotel directly even though I booked through Booking. Com. Then it got very strange as they got me to speak on the phone with a man who spoke English and he said the refund would come direct from his UK bank account as his wife was English, Sinai needed to leave my bank info. All very unprofessional! I did speak with Booking.com and they said to allow 5 working days for the refund?? Then 4 days later it was refunded to my credit card after all!!

The location is good

There's no place to park my car outside the hotel. It's the worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel.
