Gugas cottage and guest house in Lakhiri

Sehr herzliche Famile, die zwei Cottages auf ihrem Grundstück für Gäste bereitstellt. Das Essen ist frisch, üppig und hausgemacht. Zwischen den Mahlzeiten bekommt man bei der Ankunft oder am Nachmittag auch einen Saft oder Kaffee angeboten. Das Badezimmer befindet sich im Wohnhaus der Familie. Sehr gastfreundlich, super tolle Aussicht und ruhige Lage.

Our wonderful host made us feel welcome from the very beginning. She made delicious food both for dinner and breakfast and even washed some of our clothes for us. The cabins we slept in were newly-built and very comfortable. The village of Lakhiri is definitely worth a visit. Overall this stay was one of our favourites in Georgia.

Mari was a wonderful hosts! We felt so welcome, greeted with a big smile and delicious homemade strawberry lemonade. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've had in Georgia. If you're starting your hike from Mestia in the afternoon, we highly recommend staying in Lakhiri!

Beautiful location, off the main tourist trail. The cottages were simple but lovely.

Great location for the Mestia - Usghuli trek you will have a little tougher 2nd day but totally worth it: but food, host, location are just fantastic! The accommodation is basic as you should expect and hope for in a trek :)

Wonderful place in the way from Mestia to Ushguli. Best dinner and breakfast we had. Very hospitable family. If you are getting here during the 4 days trek, don’t worry about making the second day a little longer. It’s totally doable if you want to stay here

Everything went so well, we were very wellcome and had an amazing dinner. Perfect place to stop before going to mestia or adishi.

It was an imtimate family experience, you basically live together with your hosts. They were extremely hospitable, friendly, always smiling and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Food was plenty and delicious. We were offered multiple homemade delicacies like juice, yoghurt and an excellent homemade wine. The cabins are new and located in the garden.
