Teuta Garden Luxury Room

Location, new, super clean!

Full absence of noise isolation from neighboring rooms, you are separated by flimsy plastic door. You will hear every conversation. Also, every night, there was loud music coming from somewhere from 11pm up to 5am. We struggled to have a good quality rest.

Location was perfect only 7 min walk to the front and Ana was the perfect host very welcoming

The room was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Having USB charges as well as power points was such a bonus with all the charging I needed to do. The location was fantastic, so easy to get everywhere on foot and able to come back easily for little breaks and sit in the sun in the garden. Very quiet too considering how close it is to everything.

Everything is absolutely perfect about this accommodation! We loved our stay! The location is amazing, it is close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The room has everything you need and is so clean! Our host Ana was SUPER! She was always available if we needed! We will definitely be back!

Location was excellent. Hard to find the first time but this meant it was quiet away from the evening bustle of the rest of the Old Town. So many bars and restaurants very nearby

Very conveniently located within 10 mins walking distance from all the attractions. Bed is comfy and the room has everything you need including a coffee machine and a smart tv. Considering its location it is also really quiet at night. Even though I arrived after midnight, the host was still waiting for me. They also responded very quick to my messages. Overall I had 2 good night there and I can highly recommend this place.

Our stay at One Luxury Rooms in Split was exceptional. The location is perfect just 2 min walk from the Old Town, yet peaceful enough to relax. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed with every detail thoughtfully considered. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything from the lighting to the amenities made the stay feel special. We would definitely stay here again!
