"Complicated stay"

Tidy, clean, good location, heated floors.

Couldn't get into room for 20 minutes because of wrong information and was hard to contact property. Someone opened our room to check if we are still there 2-3 hours before check out time. There was no water in the morning in the whole apartment. Won't come back.
