I really liked where the property was situated, being there with my little one ment we were far enough from the noise at night time and I loved being close to the beach, the caravan itself was spotless and the bed was so comfortable we had a great sleep.

The location is fantastic and it was close to all amenities. It had enough room for our family. It was easily accessible from the car park close by and everything within was easy to work out. It had a smart tv, games, dvds etc which is great thought for visitors.

The whole caravan would probably require a deep clean. The sofas in living room were not fresh. There was an empty Burger King cup under the main bedroom bed which was an indication that it was not checked before we arrived. The pillows and bedding - in my honest opinion did the job but again, not smelling really fresh and clean (which could be down to laundry products and the age of the items themselves). There was no toilet roll which would of been handy to know beforehand (even a reminder in the instruction email that thats not something that is provided which would be totally understandable) as stuck without and being a family of 5 was not ideal (again in our case we did arrive late and after a 3,5hr drive did not want to wander to the shop outwith the park as the shop was closed). Bathrooms were clean and no issues with those however carpets, sofas, seats etc could benefit from a clean to freshen up. There was enough cutlery, mugs, glasses etc although some had to be washed before use.

Lovely clean caravan Close to the beach Close enough to main facilties and easy to find Heads of Ayr Farm is highly recommended if you have kids and a dry day, and you can spend the day there.

Couldn't get passes from Haven as we were only staying two nights. On finding out from others the passes were no good anyway as they only allowed you to book the swimming for free, which was impossible to book, and into the club at night, everything else was an extra charge, even with passes, which is nothing to do with caravan owner themselves. Caravan was excellent
