My stay in the Standard Double Room was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The balcony with garden and mountain views was a highlight, providing a serene space to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding the property. The facilities were simple yet thoughtful. The private bathroom was spotless and stocked with free toiletries, and the outdoor furniture on the patio added a nice touch for al fresco moments. The room was quiet, and the non-smoking policy ensured a fresh and pleasant environment throughout my stay. The booking process was smooth, and the Genius 15% discount made this an incredible value for the quality provided. The flexible cancellation policy up to a certain point added to the peace of mind, especially when planning the trip. Had one of the greatest breakfast in nuwara eliya with the in house freshly picked vegetables. Overall, this booking exceeded expectations with its tranquil setting, comfortable amenities, and excellent value. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat and would gladly return on my next trip!

While my stay was pleasant, I did find the path to the property a bit confusing. Clearer directions or better signage would make it much easier for guests to find the location without hassle. That said, the manager was incredibly helpful and guided me to the property, which was greatly appreciated. I’d recommend improving location marketing and providing detailed instructions or a map to help future guests navigate more easily. This small improvement could enhance the overall experience and make a great first impression.

Access road need to maintain properly.

It was nice to have a balcony with a view. The whole build has a stylish vibe. The room was comfortable and had hot water. The staff was very helpful and could speak english ok (we only struggled with a girl in training with who with end up using google translate to avoid miscommunication, she was very sweet and nice though).

As in many other accomodations we struggled with stable internet connection. Also Diwali celebration in the next house was hard to miss through the container construction - which was cool to experience but still kept us up.

The hosts were super kind and provided everything we needed. They were super responsive over WhatsApp if we had any questions or needed something. The rooms were tiny made with container boxes but it was very clean, comfy, and fairly modern. The room has a nice balcony with an attractive mountain view. Overall amazing and worth it.

The water pressure in the tap was pretty weak but the shower worked well enough.
