"If you are here for the beach."

The absolute best thing about this place is the access to the beach. The A/C unit was nice and cold. The Cleanliness was good.

Visually this place seem the best. Once you enter the place and you lay on the beds they feel more like the display ones you'd find in furniture stores, not stable wobbly and zero comfort. As far as customer service it's more of a it depends who helps you on what you will get so that part of it definitely needs some work on. And the WiFi definitely comes in and out . The TV is just there because it won't allow you to actually connect to Wi-Fi or Roku TV or even just regular channels.

This hotel is right on the beach!! It is clean, the staff is super friendly and the room is clean. Not a single bug anywhere. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Peñasco. Great place!

Access to beach

Something was wrong with the water temperature in shower. It went from very hot to extremely hot and no warm or cold water. I reported it and the lady was super understanding and switched my room.
