The combination of pool and sauna made swimming possible even if the weather didn’t cooperate

Perfect location, 1 min walk to 2 supermarkets and a bakery, 1 min to bus station and taxi rank. Local restaurants nearby, 10 mins to beach, 20 mins to old town with a good selection of bars and restaurants. Excellent, spacious accommodation, good air con and a great swimming pool with sunbeds etc.

Everything, it was beautiful!

The only thing that could have been improved was air con in the single bedrooms.

Awesome place to stay. The house was spotless and fit us perfectly. The pool was wonderful after a long day!

The property was exceptionally clean and we particularly liked the private pool. The location was also excellent. The main bus station was a very short stroll away giving access to buses into the Old Town, the Airport and the nearby charming old town of Nin (10 miles away). The bus station also has a very efficient luggage storage which was very useful for our last day when we had a very late flight home. There is a very nice large supermarket the other side of the bus station. The water front and Karma Beach (stoney but pretty) is a 8 or 9 minute walk away. There is a nice walk in both directions along the shoreline. It is also perfectly possible to walk to the old town in about 25 minutes.

There was nothing we seriously didn't like but there was no air-conditioning in the twin-bedded room, and only a small window. This would be a problem if the weather was hotter. Maybe it would be difficult or impossible to install. Air-conditioning elsewhere in the Villa was very efficient. We used the sofa bed in the lounge so that each of us (5 single women) could have a separate bed. This was a compromise we made at the time of booking as everything else was just right.

Clean, nice facilities, close to the beach. Pool was well maintained and there were 3 bathrooms which was really great. It is also only a few minutes walk from the bus station and supermarket.

Only thing is that the neighbours complained about us even though the quiet time had not even started yet. But that is of course something that the hosts have no control over. Other than that, everything was great!
