Property Notes

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform Hiša Eva in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 120 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. This apartment is co-hosted by digital company Zymzo, which provides you with the check-in process done via the Zymzo app where you register yourself and pay for the fees not collected by Booking. On the day of your arrival you then receive the information for entering the apartment. In the app you can also acquire the option for the early check-in, late check-in and late check-out which need to be announced 24 hours before your departure. Charges are applicable. In the Zymzo app you pay for the already mentioned security deposit which is refunded to you 7 days after your departure upon the inspection of the apartment. When confirmed the house rules weren't broken and nothing was damaged we refund the security deposit. A deposit may be required at the property.
