Towels could've been a little bigger. But i understand the reasoning

Lew, the host is a charming bloke. He will do anything he can to help you enjoy your stay. He even gives 50 percent discount when you buy food from his shop down stairs.

Nothing not to like

Good communication and easy check-in.

Bathroom wasn’t clean. The bed linen were very old and ripped on the side. The spartan furniture (bed, wardrobe, bedside tables - that’s all) is very dated. Very overpriced for what it is.

Good location. Easy access to Sennen Cove. Discounted fish & chips at the shop below was a bonus.

It is exactly as it appears on the website, no frills but everything you need for a short stay.

Good location Host is very Friendly Location is near to beach, small market is nearby also restaurant that makes pizza and Fish&chips with 50% discount for you if you are a resident in the place . Bus station to Penzance, Pothcurno beach,Minack theatre is 3 mins walk from the place

I don't like polyester sheets

Not far from Lands End and right next to a small Spar. Enjoyed watching the sun set over the sea from my room. Sparsely but sufficiently furnished with a fully modern kitchen and bathroom--both of which are shared with the other room. The location worked out well for me and I enjoyed the use of the well equipped kitchen. Never encountered the "staff" as check in was through a lock box.
