Perfect location, clean rooms, friendly staff

La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla, il personale è super disponibile e la colazione è molto buona. La qualità e prezzo della struttura mi sembra corretta. La struttura è ben curata e si percepisce l’attenzione del personale per la pulizia generale. Abbiamo però riscontrato alcune macchie su lenzuola e asciugamani, anche se era comunque stati lavati. Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

Amazing breakfast

Staff were incredibly kind, and we were able to check in late at night without any issues. The location is very central, and everything is within walking distance.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not match the rest of the experience. The bed sheets had multiple stains when we arrived, and we did not receive any response when we asked about changing them – even though the staff were otherwise quick to reply. The room is quite small, with no real space to sit, and the bathroom is only separated by a thin wooden door. The ceiling had a lot of dust and cobwebs, and our towels had small particles on them that we could not identify, which we only noticed after using them – not a pleasant experience. The pool also did not appear clean, and had there small white egg-like particles floating in the water, which was quite off-putting/maybe frog eggs. The outdoor furniture is quite worn and in need of replacement. The beanbags were heavily stained and looked unhygienic. The property would also benefit from a proper deep clean and descaling, as there was visible buildup around the sink, shower, and toilet. The toilet seat was broken and moved when sitting on it. The doors are quite thin, so there was a fair amount of noise from the neighboring villa, although this is of course not entirely within the property’s control. Overall, while the staff and location were great, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property need significant improvement.

Leider habe ich erst am letzten Tag gesehen das die Kissen und die Matratze sehr geschimmelt haben und das das der Geruch war der mir die Tage schon aufgefallen war

This was an amazing place to stay! Comfortable, great location, really attentive staff and very organised and clean. The villa is also beautiful and the breakfast was very good quality! Everything was comfortable and well thought for customers to feel like home. I will definitely come back again here.

The rooms were lovely, garden area was lovely and the staff were so friendly!! They even made our room extra special as it was our anniversary
