HRInternet was not working 4 out of 5 days of my stay at the hotel. Breakfast was supposed to be served between 8 and 10 h but on my last day at 8,10 breakfast was not ready (I had to catch boat leaving at 9 am) so I didn't get my breakfast last day. So I definitely didn't get for what I paid for. Also room was not cleaned even once while I was staying there. Bed sheets had holes and towels were dirty. Staff didn't seem to be bothered by my complaints and could not speak English whenever I had slightly more complex question.

HUthe swimming pool was the only thing which looked exactly like in the description, the other things were very depressive. Small room, 5 days the same poor breakfast on a plate. I feel very cheated.::((
our room was very small for 3 pers, full with ants, no cleaning in 5 days, evethough they promissed that they will do smting with the ants.We make the res.here for the buffet style breakfast, but we got the same breakfast on a plate 5 days.NOT GOOD FOR KIDS at all. And I was not able to pay our stay with 1 card transaction, i had to pay in small amounts 3000 to 4400 TRY (11 transactions!!) I tried to ask for a discount because of the ants, the not buffet style breakfast as they promised it will be, they do not want to hear about it. I will try to ask the Booking what can I do in this case when I had to pay for smthing which is not what it should have been.

ITAsciugamani sporchi, non c’era nemmeno la carta igienica Per arrivare in macchina abbiamo dovuto fare molte manovre causa viale strettissimo e con molte curve (passi solo con macchina piccola)
ESGBMy husband and I had a family room. It was really small and would have been a squeeze for more than 2 people. Beds close together, one, wardrobe so couldn't really unpack our stuff. Great location, lovey swimming pool, could have done with more loungers outside. Breakfast included that consisted of fresh bread, olives, marge, jams, one boiled egg, few slices of cucumber and tomatoes.
No space between the toilet and the shower. The fridge was small and just about cold. Room was not cleaned or bin emptied although we asked. You can't flush the toilet paper, we had an overflowing toilet bin in a few days. We were told they could not clean because our stuff was in the room. Only allowed one boiled egg for breakfast.
