Chambre confortable et agréable, accès direct à la plage. Les hôtesses à l’accueil, toujours souriantes. Les barmaids de la plage : très sympa !

Le buffet : vraiment pas terrible. Ambiguïté sur le all inclusive : il faut que le personnel se mette d’accord sur ce qui est inclu ou pas !!! Très désagréable, on a l’impression de quémander alors qu’on a payé pour ça. Amabilité du personnel mitigé : à l’accueil et les barmaids au top. Par contre les serveurs ne sont pas tous très sympas…

The hotel was very pleasant .. staff were very accommodating as when we arrived we were not happy with our room so they kindly upgraded us to a lovely family room. The hotel is very remote however., we hired a car to get about .. highly recommend. Breakfast was lovely as was all the staff . Thank you Buka we had a very pleasant stay.

Too remote.. in the middle of nowhere which was not clear in description.

The location, the friendly staff doing their best! The breakfast and the housekeeping level!

The understaffed team, the condition of the surrounding pool area, the condition of the sun beds and the condition of the beach sand (lot of garbage around)

Excellent location right on the beach , very friendly staff, the rooms were super clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and fresh and in general everything was absolutely perfect. We’re definitely going to visit again.
