Amazing view, beach supplies provided, legitimately comfortable bedding, helpful staff who let us extend check in and check out

Could have blue tooth speaker system, keypad (key required jiggling and lock box), unrusted beach chairs. I think adding hummingbird feeders would be a big bonus- so many!

Amazing view from basically all rooms. Kitchen is well equipped, lots of toddler toys, in quiet neighborhood. Staff is exceptionally quick at replying to messages. Woule be a solid 10 overall if it weren't for the termite issue.

There seems to be a termite issue in on of the bedrooms. My friend didn't want to spoil the stay for the rest of our group so didn't bring it up until check-out, but each morning she woke up to termite (poop) droppings on the pillow next to her. I only just emailed the vacation rental company about it and will update the rating according to the outcome.
