Room was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool and quietness of the location. Grounds were nice to walk around and kids enjoyed the playground

Food wasn't great

Location was good, close to supermarket. Staff tried hard to accommodate us when facilities were very second rate.

Accommodation was ok but facilities were in a state of disrepair. Air conditioning was poor, blinds and window coverings old, broken and tv did not work at all. Cockroaches in bathroom everyday, no hot water in shower and finally no water from hot tap at all. Asked to either repair or shift and staff organised for us to shift. New accommodation cleaner but air con in second room did not work, tv still not working, shower taps would not turn off and ran constantly. On last day air con in main room started pouring water from vents. Staff again fixed this. Food at restaurant was B grade, breakfast cold and obviously pre cooked, often received something we didn't order. Coffee machine broken so instant coffee everyday (7 days).

Breakfast was good, as was dinner. Serve was good and prices ok.

Rooms were tired but clean. No AC in living room which was main bedroom - only in 2nd bedroom. Doors warped, so noisy to close or swing. Ceiling fan in living room only cooling and it barely did any air movement.

Our 2 year old loved the water playground. A great family holiday.

Overall good stay, room was nice and comfortable. Location was good, breakfast was ok.

Staff could’ve been more welcoming at reception, sometimes left waiting before anyone even acknowledged us standing there.
