Vicinanza al mare, negozi vicini, disponibilità della proprietaria e del tuttofare Giuseppe a risolvere i problemi che si sono presentati: sostituzione di 3 cuscini, sistemazione dei tubi della cucina che gocciolavano.

Muffa sui muri che sì scortecciavano, cuscini polverosi e macchiati; in cucina mancavano: una spugna per lavare i piatti, un canovaccio e una tovaglia per la tavola; doccia molto piccola.
