In good location. Property is clean. TV has Netflix that you can use. Microwave oven and stove were usable.

Lights in the toilet and shower were not working. We raised it to the admin/owner but no one came to check and fix it. We were using a toilet/shower that was very dark. We were with a senior citizen and a pregnant woman so it is risky to use the toilet/shower since it is very dark. We checked the main switch and it was turned off for the toilet/shower. We tried to turn it on but there was an 'electric/grounding sound' so we did not bother turning it on just to be safe. The host lacks hospitality training in terms of empathy, care, and communication. When we raised the issue, the host's first statement was that it was working before. We sent a video to show that it was not working when we arrived. The host said that they would send their housekeeping but no one was available. The host apologized the day after but no one still came until our check-out on the third day. The situation in the toilet totally spoiled our stay. When we checked out and left the property, I received a chat from the host saying that the lights were actually working with no proper greeting and no follow-up on how was our stay. I have a feeling that the host is not empathetic of what happened. When I mentioned that the host did not even apologize during this follow-up chat, she pointed out she already apologized before. The host sounds a bit arrogant and does not know how to properly communicate during hospitality incidents like this.

Location is great, there is a grocery store and restaurants on the ground level - 7-11, Starbucks etc are walking distance. The unit was clean and equipped with necessities. Percy was great to deal with, answers all your questions and requests immediately. Will definitely stay here again in future.

While the room itself is very clean, there were times where we would find bugs in the place but the hosts provide bug spray to prevent more from coming
