Appartamento pulito, nuovo e dotato di ogni cosa necessaria. Zona carina e facile per gli spostamenti con negozi adiacenti. Proprietari disponibili e gentilissimi.

Our host was very nice and the accommodation brand new with great amenities. Shower was brand new, and the heating system very good. The flat also has a nice terrace which can come in handy.

The apartment is brand new. Super clean. The location is just six minutes walk away from the promenade. All amenities are within distance. ATM, pharmacy groceries, stationary shop are all close by. Parking definitely is not a problem. The area is very quiet. Hosts are very welcoming. A nice bottle of wine will be waiting for you on your arrival.

There is a procedure in place where every time you need to leave the apartment, you need to switch off the consumer unit by means of a key which is looped to the door key. One cannot separate the keys as key ring is spot welded 😏 One understands that this has been done to counter waste of electricity by those who have the bad habit of leaving the AC units running while away from the apartment especially in Summer. Works fine if the apartment is occupied by a solo person but not ideal if more than one person is using the apartment. If you need to leave the apartment while the other person is resting, or watching tv for example, it can prove to be an inconvenience. This does not apply to the refrigerator as it is always on. Ideally the system is revised. Otherwise everything is perfect.
