USBeautiful area and garden and flowers and trees and birds. Good heat control and rooms. Loved Taihape and Brown Sugar cafe and outdoor store
Could use a few more spices and herbs and cooking olive oil. Long driveway is challenging for anything but a compact car. Neighbors dogs will bark at you the whole way down the driveway. Lots of flies/bees that want to fly in the screen-less windows. I would tile the bathroom/shower room, carpet gets soaking wet.
