breakfast was ok

no hot tub and pool not heated. could not connect to WIFI service. front desk said it must be my tablet and also my phone!

Nothing, my room was not habitable

My room was not clean, there were multiple wet spots of dog urine on the carpets. At least 5 or 6 different spots. Feet would get wet when walking around the room. There were no other rooms available to move to so instead of staying the night we had to drive all the way home, cutting our trip short. The hotel refused to refund our money for the room. It makes me very uncertain about using booking.com or a Hilton property again. Very bad experience
