Americas Best Value Inn Marshall

I did like the price. That was the main deciding factor for me. According to the pictures, I knew I was getting a "bang for my buck". I really enjoyed the fact that Smoking rooms were readily available.

THEY HAD ROACHES! The building itself is very ran down. The pool was half filled with lawn chairs and black water. Upon arrival, I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR MY ROOM AND I AM STILL WAITING ON REIMBURSEMENT!

Everything. Place was falling down. Didn't stay bc it was so bad

I do not check in the place was terrible it looked like a bomb hit the place

we did not stay because of the room smells like cigarettes smokes.

It was dirty inside and out it had no working fire alarms

The location was ok. Next to the Interstate, but behind a gas station and kind of back by the woods.

Almost everything. Looked abandoned. Several shady looking characters loitering around outside. The lobby is closed off by plexiglass (no furniture, all dark) except for a small opening at the end of the counter; had to puch a button for service. When he finally came out, he looked at me and asked what I wanted.....It was very strange. Took my ID, ran it through some machine and just held it and looked at it for several minutes. He kept looking at the "ring for service button" because it kept going off in the back, and looking at me like I was continuing to push it. Then he just said " that will be $72" . It was all very wierd. I told him I wanted to look at the room first, which I have never done. The hallway to the room was very dirty and again, everything just looked abondoned...the walls were lime green. The room, was quite a bit nicer looking and more modern than everything else though. I almost took it when i saw the room, but because I was alone, I went the the Motel 6 across the road and had a much nicer experience.

Price, internet said balcony and breakfast which didn't have either, first walked in to get to room with our children and smelled dope ..
