Great location. Great view. Quiet. Really large. Underground parking available for extra charge.

The furniture is old. Like really old. The apartment itself is too. Hasn't seen any renovation since 2000, I guess. The sink was clogged. One of the bathrooms was clogged. There is some mold and rust in the bathrooms. The bathroom curtains should've been changed months ago. The internet never worked. Not a single device. The host was not helpful. Except for toilet paper roll and some sort of liquid soap there was nothing. No shower gel. No tee or coffee. Nothing. You don't expect that when you pay €530 for two nights of stay in a wannabe 4* apartment. The only bed that is comfortable is the sole queen bed in the apartment. Those others are quite small and rough. If you need an official invoice - forget about it, the host has been ignoring my request to send it for 5 days in a row now.

This property is extremely close to Oriente station and the Altice Arena. The views from the lounge over the Tagus river are fabulous. The property is nicely decorated and Sergio was a friendly and responsive host.

There is some noise from the road and train station, which is to be expected for the central location. The baths/showers are a bit dated.

The beds were hard. There is no a/c. Though the oscillating fans helped, it was still rather sticky and noisy (train and bus depot nextdoor)

A spacious, large apartment that easily accommodates 5 people, in three separate bedrooms. The building is not new, which can be seen in the style of furniture and the condition of some elements of the equipment. In favor of the building, however, is cleanliness and the great location, close to the subway / train station, a large shopping center and the main tourist attraction of this district, i.e. Parque das Nações, along with the oceanarium, which is definitely worth visiting. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment, including a dishwasher and washing machine. In addition, in the underground garage in the building, you can use for a fee the garage space, which what is important for traveling families, has a well arranged elevator connection with apartment. It should also be emphasized that the contact with the person responsible for the apartment was very good.

I do not treat this as a minus, because it is understandable to me that every building must undergo a renovation process from time to time, but it is worth noting for people who plan to use apartment services in the summer of 2023 that works related to the renovation of the facade of the entire building are currently underway, therefore, noises typical for construction works will be heard from the outside, and the nice view of the river and the district will be obscured by scaffolding and protective material. The building is not equipped with air conditioning, which in the summer heat (even despite the numerous fans offered by the host) can be felt. In the bathrooms it was noticeable that the condition of some of the outfitting is not the best (cracked enamel and locally rusted radiators, lack of towel rails in one of the bathrooms, improperly mounted ventilation grille in the tub casing). Light sleepers may also be disturbed by the noise of the trains, which runs right next to the building. As a minor improvement, I would suggest a small starter set of coffee and tea, so that you can use the kettle or coffee machine immediately upon arrival, before going shopping.
