Check in procedure awful,you book a double room and have to submit ID for everyone..I checked in before my girlfriend as she went shopping and could not get her in even though I showed the security the booking.com email showing two person. The place was infested with insects.even a large lizard..flys and mosquitoes in the bedroom..ants everywhere in the kitchen..,dead flys on the floor …and even a cricket in the bathroom..I just could not believe my eyes…induction hob did not work ..chunks out of the threshold bar created trip hazard to bathroom door…generally dirty …had enough at 5am on the first nite because no sleep due to insects…message them with a barrage of photo of our problem and got a B.l..IT reply.
