"Terrible experience, AC not working, 3 out of 8 lightbulbs in bedrooms, zero cleanliness. No refund"

Location

AC wasn’t working in the second bedroom, light bulbs weren’t working, pillow cases weren’t clean and stained couches which the host blamed me for cuz I checked in 15 minutes early which they okayed. Host wasn’t helpful and stopped replying after I requested to be compensated fairly for my terrible stay. Had to file an investigation with my bank.
