Palace View Heights by Spinnaker

Cleanliness, location, staff it was just like being at everything you need was right there for you.

The location is great once you figure it out. You are in the middle of Branson between Branson Landing and Silver Dollar City. The pool was nice, the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The room came with a full frig., microwave, and oven. Everything you needed to cook and eat. Great view from the balcony!

The only reason I didn't give this a 10 was because the staff was nice enough, but a little pushy. I guess it was a timeshare. We were rushed through the check-in process, and she was nice enough, just a little fast, so we had to pay close attention. You couldn't get your parking pass from her. You had to go to a second room where they tried to sell you on taking a tour to sell you a timeshare by offering a gift card or free show tickets.

This place is awesome. Great location and very peaceful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I was impressed with the Palace View Heights.

It is clean and well maintained. Big condos, beautiful and quiet views from balcony, kitchen well equipped, lots of space and all the amenities needed. Love the pool! Went there everyday!

The beds were not great, lumpy and hard and the sheets were very rough and scratchy. There was a continuous drip from the water heater. The toilets were very low and shower water pressure was not great. Faucet in kitchen leaking on countertop.

Had a red wasp nest on outdoor balcony and our jacuzzi tub did not work
