Happy Living Apartment w Balcony

Everything is perfect. Tram stop was near by the house, so it was good to get into town.

No easy to find out a parking area.

Close to tram 47 that gets to city center.

The owner was extremely nice and helpful right after we booked the apartment. He was willing to provide basic information and some extra information regarding Budapest and nearby facilities (bus station, store, parking, gas station, etc.). Upon our arrival, he provided all the necessary steps that could help us get into the apartment. The place itself is located in a calm and friendly environment together with welcoming people that stay in other apartments. The apartment was clean and cozy so it basically felt just like home. The balcony was situated in the inner space of the complex so there were no loud noises during the night. (except the woman on Friday night at 4 am enjoying her stay very loudly :D ) We stayed during summer time so it was a bit hot in the room but fortunately for us, the owner informed us that AC would be set on one of the days of our stay (it was okay for us as we were not there during the setting process - the owner stayed with workers throughout it and insured that our stuff is safe). After that, the stay was even better as we could avoid mosquitoes that could fly in if we kept the window open during the hot nights. There is a functioning TV with local stations but you can also log in to HBO and Youtube. What surprised us was that there was a Nespresso machine with 1 capsule for every day of our stay. (at least we did not find more :D ) It was great that we were provided with towels and shampoo as well. We can only recommend the stay as we enjoyed it very much, mostly thanks to the friendly owner :) Thank you!
