Villa Cresci con piscina Tuscan villa with pool near Sassetta thermal baths & Bolgheri Wine Route

Nous avons passé un week-end incroyable dans cette villa entre amis ! Tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour : piscine, espace barbecue pour les grillades, billard, table de ping-pong… Il y a tellement d’activités que nous sommes restés dans la villa tout le week-end sans jamais nous ennuyer. L’accueil a été exceptionnel. La propriétaire est d’une grande gentillesse, elle nous a tout expliqué à notre arrivée et a été très disponible. C’est vraiment une personne adorable. La villa est également très bien située, dans un endroit calme avec peu de maisons aux alentours, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du séjour sans déranger le voisinage. Je recommande cette villa sans hésiter, aussi bien pour des groupes d’amis que pour des familles. Une expérience au top que nous garderons en mémoire !

Big villa with enough beds for 15 persons. Huge dining room with billiard, beautiful pool, pizza oven, and a lot more. Everything you need for a perfect vacation.

Il posto è immerso nel verde, molto tranquillo e con un panorama che lascia senza parole. Le cucine sono complete di tutto e i bagni, alcuni appena rinnovati, sono comodi e molto puliti. C’è anche un grande salone con volte, davvero suggestivo, e un porticato con tavoli perfetto per mangiare all’aperto tutti insieme. L’aperitivo al tramonto è stato uno dei momenti più belli, e la piscina, soleggiata e circondata dal verde, è ideale per rilassarsi. Tutto curato nei dettagli, atmosfera accogliente… ci siamo sentiti a casa. Consigliatissimo

Lovely very rural location in the Tuscan hills - Pisa and Volterra about an hour’s drive but lots of nearer ancient and beautiful villages Lots of space for a large extended family Activities provided like table football, pool and table tennis Different outside spaces to eat and pretty outside lights Pool cleaned daily - pool is fenced Windows all have mosquito netting Kind and helpful host - Pamela was lovely and brought us all croissants on the final morning of our stay Good value for money compared to other villas I looked at of similar size

It is quite isolated and everywhere to visit, buy food or eat out tends to involve quite a long drive on winding mountain roads The showers for different reasons had a tendency to flood the floors - all bathrooms are quite small More utensils needed for larger groups - we were sometimes struggling to find enough knives, forks, cups and glasses Its not the owner’s fault but neighbouring cats like to be in the house and try to take food if they can - the cats are very friendly and sweet but also very persistent Mosquitos but they are everywhere in Italy and the owners leave coils to light as a deterrent

The houst Pamela was great, she informed us about everything we needed to know and responded quickly when we reached out to her. The house is located at a very beautiful place and the view of Sassetta from the house was spectacular. Nice views from the first floor. Nice pool area

The rooms on the ground floor were very damp and warm. If you are a bigger group of people I guess you cook dinner together, meaning the gathering of people is together outside of one of the downstairs kitchens wich are just outside one of the bedrooms. It could be better if there was a bigger kitchen in the main hall on the ground floor. We didnt have enough wine glasses for the number of people staying, Pamela arranged that the day after. The brewing coffe maker took 45 minutes for making 10 cups of coffe! The diswasher was probably not cleaned for a while, we found seeds and "food" in the filter. When showering in one of the bathrooms on the first floor, water was always filling the bath room floor- only a fabric curtain is not enough.

Perfect villa for large family! We rented the entire property that includes beautiful well maintained pool, full size billiard table, some fitness equipment, small children playground and lots of space to play. There are indoor and outdoor food tables that can accommodate 16 people. Villa is super clean and well maintained. Pamela the host is super nice and available always!

Villa has fan in each room, no air conditioning- for us it was fine!
