Beautiful place on the shores. Very neatly maintained property. Spacious and very comfortable to stay with family. Very nice roof top pool, very clean. Very quiet place.
Transport was a problem as you don’t get a cab quickly but wait for 10-15 minutes. If you need to get back to this property from Colombo city after 9, it is very difficult to get cabs from app. Less food options and grocery stores nearby. I think it is a developing area but for those who can manage these things it is a very nice place. Beach is not clean so we did not go to the beach at all!

A very comfortable apartment, nicely furnished. Everything in the apartment is brand new. The view on the ocean is magnificent. The owner was very helpful, did everything we asked him for very promptly. We extremely enjoyed our stay there
It would be good if there were more adaptors for European plugs and tablets for the dishwasher were available

Beautiful apartament with amazing ocean view. I really recommend to go there :) Great swimming pool on the top of the building . Eberything was perfect including the owner of the apartament :)few restaurants nearby
For some people might be too far from shops and crowds but we used tuk tuk to get to the city center.
