Lovely house. Lots of space. Great cleaning. Very comfortable.

Some minor house repairs required. Loose door handles and curtain rails. Property was very hot so more cooling devices might have been helpful

Die „Lüftung“ ist eine Katastrophe! Sehr laut und lässt sich nicht ausschalten (als Tipp im Schlafzimmer wurden Ohrstöpsel empfohlen….). Es gibt weder eine vernünftig einstellbare Heizung, noch eine Kühlung (und das 2025…) und da sich viele Fenster nicht richtig öffnen lassen, wird es auch im Herbst sehr schnell warm. Obwohl die Unterkunft fast neu ist, funktioniert Einiges schon nicht mehr richtig: Manche Fenster schließen nicht richtig (es ist laut und zieht), einige Lichtschalter funktionieren nicht mehr richtig, die Funiere in der Küche blättern teilweise ab oder sind lose.

Big spacious house in two levels with car parking right outside the front door. Big kitchen and living room. Bedrooms all upstair and good wifi coverage.

We are now able to locate a temperature control. It is very hot so we had to leave the windows open to get the temperatur down. We are unable to turn the light on in the master bedroom. The lights switch was damaged. We wrote the contact on the first day, but have still not had a reply back. We sayed for 9 days. The front door was VERY hard to open, having to pull the door handle up and down 2-10 timers before the door maybe opened. Sometimes we had to wait for the lock to reset before trying again - having to stand outside for 15 min in the cold. At first we thought that we had entered the wrong code - but no, just at mechanism/door that needs service (the door is installed incorrect). We called the contact number, but they just said that it worked, and did not come to check.

Property is very nice especially the kitchen and living room.

There was no air conditioning so we had to leave the windows wide open to cool off the house. It was also about a mile away from the metro and supermarket. If you are not willing to walk about a mile each way, you will need a car.

We were welcomed with a ‘Welcome Home’ note from Sofie and some snacks. The house was beautiful, very spacious and modern. We liked the open concept and the location. Many huge windows looking out into the trees gave us the feeling that we were staying in a lakeside cabin. We were in for the Taylor Swift concert and the Friends Arena was a 12 minute drive away. My kids thought it was ‘lukus’ and did not want to leave. 😊
