Es waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Als wir dort waren, wurde gerade beim Strandhaud neben dem Restaurant und Pool etwas gearbeitet, wodurch ein zirnlicher Baulörm entstand, was etwas gestört hat. Blödes Timing - aber halb so schlimm.

Very nice staff, helpfull. Nice resort (without construction work), special flair.

Unfortunately the pool area was under construction and not in use. The construction work took place every day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. As it was next to the restaurant also the restaurant was not usable. We were not informed prior to arrival about the construction. Neither on the website of the hotel nor at booking.com there was a note about the contruction. Fact is, they offer a service we couldn't use. For a summer holiday absolutely disappointing. Honestly, I would have chosen another resort. And therefore the price was definitely too high. Unfortunately, the hotel was not cooperative of offering a discount.
