Milky Bay Resort

The resort was beautiful, our room was fantastic. Stylish, very clean and in a great spot with a sea view from our bungalow room. The staff were very accommodating, polite and helpful. The food was excellent with a varied menu. Such a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our stay here and would return in the future.

The only downside was we found the bed to be quite hard. Although we found this to be the case in some of the hotels we stayed in whilst travelling around Thailand. apart from that we had a fantastic stay.

Pas de plage, même si l’hôtel est au bord de la mer. La mer agitée et pas très propre dans cet endroit.

Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und Goldwert.

Ich war das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die Qualität der Zimmer Reinigung etwas nachgelassen hat. Die Zimmer wurden von der Reinigung nicht richtig geputzt. Das wirkte sehr lieblos. Leere Plastikflschen von Vortag wurden nicht abgeräumt, neue Kissen wurden auf den Boden gelegt, statt auf das Bett. Handtücher wurden uns einfach auf den Nachttisch gelegt, statt diese ins Badezimmer zu hängen oder zu sortieren + uns wurde eine Rechnung von 600BHT für ein Handtuch auf den Tisch gelegt, welches verfärbt war. Nach dem wir es an der Rezeption klären konnten, dass wir dies nicht verfärbt haben, konnte die Rechnung zum Glück storniert werden.

Great location, the room is huge! We had some issues in our room and the staff tried to fix it and after it wasn't solve, they upgraded us to a better room, what was really nice.

The pressure in the shower is very bad.
