We had a lovely stay, even if the weather was really bad. The flat was comfortable and the host was super kind and helpful! I strongly recommend this B&B

Great location for touring the area on foot. Just parked the car up for a couple of days and everywhere we wanted to see was close by

Breakfast facility was a bakery/cafe 5 min walk away with limited breakfast choice. Would add that the staff at the bakery were great, they had fantastic selection of bakery items, but didnt fancy savoury or creamy items for breakfast, juice, cereal and a croissant with coffee would have been great. A couple of comfortable chairs in the room would have been great, loads of room for them. Traffic noise from road outside was quite loud, worth putting up with for great city location.

We stayed here for two nights, and Luisa was super helpful in giving us clear instructions on where to find the hotel and access to the private parking area. We were given a handy map with restaurants recommendations. The location is perfect, you can easily walk into Ortigia. The room was very clean and the building itself is very charming with architectural features. You have breakfast at a friendly café just round the corner.

The road outside can be busy at times, so you can hear the noise a bit but that can’t be helped!

Refrigerator was inadequate & little storage space.

The delux room was very large and open. The bathroom was completely new and very comfortable. Overall did we like the room a lot.

Nothing, it was perfect

The room was spacious and recently renovated. It had an assigned parking spot to the room, that was very convenient. The hostess was very kind and accommodating, she even let us stay in the room longer after check out, without extra cost. The B&B did not have breakfast, however an arrangement was made with a nearby ice cream place where one could get pastries and sandwiches for free.

The room had zero insulation and in the morning you could hear very clearly doors opening and closing.

We had the deluxe room. Very nice, big, clean room with high ceiling in a Palazzo. Near the Ortigia-Island, 10 minutes walk by foot. Breakfast was in a Gelateria nearby. Felt really comfortable.
