Personalul , mâncarea , curățenia din cameră lasă de dorit , am găsit un gândac mort sub pernă

Locația a fost ok..nu am avut camere apropiate,deși am cerut acest lucru când am făcut rezervarea.Pt a beneficia de camere apropiate ,mi s a cerut cost suplimentar.Accesul la piscina era limitat:afara sau interior....și nu mi s a părut tocmai plăcut sa fim întrebați tot timpul unde mergem,sa nu ne "fataim"dintr o parte în alta.

Beautiful location, nice and well maintained pool, playground for kids (which could use an upgrade though...), clean and spacious room with AC

The place sure has a lot of potential given its location but unfortunately falls short in quite some aspects. The most sticking issue is the lack of friendliness and hospitality from the staff, especially at the restaurant. Barely anybody seems to smile and just have a general friendly attitude. Very slow service even when the restaurant is almost empty. The food is average at best with very few vegan options which are essentially fries and charred veggies... There is no informational brochure in the room about the hotel, restaurant, etc. It would be great to have an overview of the facilities on location as well as suggestions on local and nearby attractions. Bad WiFi service.
