Favst Old Square

The apartment is beautiful and true to pictures. Great location on quiet side of town just outside the two main squares. Good grocery store just 50m away and a cafe just steps away.

The kitchen was ill-equipped and not well-suited for preparing meals. One plug in cook-top burner, one frying pan, one large pot. No cooking utensils provided (we bought and left a spatula). No bowls, no mugs for tea (only espresso and cappuccino cups), no drain board for dishes (which was surprising as there isn’t a dishwasher). Only two comfortable single chairs for sitting. Needs more chairs or a couch for sitting. The shower is beautiful, but has no door and is not sloped correctly so water easily and readily runs across the entire bathroom floor each time you shower.

It’s a very bizarre set up… The bedroom is the main room. The second bedroom is off of the first bedroom and that is the only way into the kitchen! Would not have booked had we known this… If you’re staying with two couples, I would think this should be a consideration.

A stylish decorated apartment in the heart of the beautiful city of Sibiu. Well equipped, including with a much appreciated coffee machine, making it ideal also for families. Fascinating reading on the history of Transylvania. Easy and cheap parking on the street outside (or parallel), with payment possible via a mobile phone application (for those without a Romanian mobile phone number).

Ne-a plăcut mult locația și spațiul, foarte generos, cu tavane înalte și lumina multă. Scările,despre care citisem înainte și care mă speriaseră, nu sunt deloc de speriat. Sunt scări în melc, din lemn, suficient de late și line. La bucătărie chiar găsești tot ce-ți trebuie, plita, cana electrica, aparat de cafea+ doze, etc. Venim des la Sibiu, și mereu am găsit locuri faine,dar pot sa spun că aici mi-a plăcut cel mai mult și mi-ar placea sa revin. Mulțumesc!
