Ho soggiornato in questa bellissima struttura che devo dire ha superato ogni mia aspettativa,ho avuto una sensazione di rilassamento che non provavo da tempo il giardino tropicale e la piscina sembravano proprio una riserva naturale, ho cenato divinamente grazie allo chef George che è stato speciale per noi spero di poter tornare presto e godermi al massimo l’esperienza.

The villa has a beautiful garden and an attractive staircase leading to the room. The guard at the gate was polite and welcoming.

I had booked and paid for a 3-night stay and arrived at the property to check in. Upon inspection, I found the floor dirty and the kitchen unkempt. The fridge was located in an open area that could be accessed by anyone within the compound. The only available lounge area had cushions with visible mold, which was a concern for me due to my allergy. In addition, several essential amenities were missing, including cookware, a microwave, and cooking gas, making it impossible to use the kitchen as intended. After assessing the condition of the property, I decided not to stay and arranged alternative accommodation. I informed the host immediately, but they refused to offer a refund and cancelled the booking, reporting it as a “no-show” despite me having already checked in. The villa is quite a distance from the tarmac road and also far from the beach, which is not as indicated in the listing.

The level of cleanliness The mosquito net looked like it hadn't been washed for months. They were full of dust and so were the curtain sheers. On entering the room we found used bed sheets which had a certain musky smell. They were changed immediately we asked though. The mattress was very worn out and had a blood stain in the middle. I would have wished to extend my stay but the level of cleanliness is what made us leave early. Very little parking space...wondered how they manage during peak season. The shower area was small and kept flooding...the water wouldn't go down the drain easily. Room did not look anything like the pics. Seems like that is the least used room at the property. Needs proper maintenance.
