Прекрасное расположение - недалеко от аэропорта, удобно если у вас поздний рейс. Было очень приятно, что хозяин позаботился обо всем, что может понадобиться путешественнику, только что сошедшему с трапа самолёта. На кухне есть все необходимое, красивая ванна, понравился тропический душ. Красивая территория и терраса, где можно отдохнуть или покушать. Удобная локация, особенно если у вас поздний прилет - рядом красивый город где можно погулять и покушать даже очень позно вечером, а утром сразу искупаться на прекрасном пляже неподалеку, к пляжу можно без проблем подъехать на машине.

Petit studio bien rénové, propre et joli.

Il y a une cuisine équipée mais c’est un peu limite en vaisselle, surtout les couverts. Le petit déjeuner compris est en fait composé de pain de mie, pas de produits frais, ni fruits, yaourts vegetals….

Un bel appartement décoré. Très propre. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Le petit-déjeuner. Il vaudrait mieux ne pas le proposer tout en laissant le même tarif.

Perfect size for a couple, clean and very comfy. Location was 20 minute walk to Giovonazzo beach/town and a great driving starting point to access other towns around Puglia. The breakfast and food/drinks that were provided was more than we expected which a really lovely surprise

We didn’t receive check in information until we got to the property and had to call the guy however once we did contact him, he was excellent at communicating and sending us the information. It may have just been useful for self check in to have the details before!

Seul bémol le petit déjeuner "italien" inclus mais très sommaire, café, jus de fruits, croissant sous blister et confiture en dosette plastique...

Monolocale situato al piano terra di un piccolo complesso di villini con ingresso esclusivo sia del monolocale che l intero complesso e chiuso da cancello. Una bomboniera arredata con gusto , tutto nuovo e tutto funzionante . Abbiamo trovato ogni cosa ci occorresse e ci hanno fatto trovare anche latte ,acqua, bevanda, merendine e altro! Top nn c'è che dire. Cucina attrezzata con tutto ma proprio tutto! E tutto era in ottimo stato ordinato e pulitissimo.

Nulla! Se mi trovo in zona di sicuro andrò a controllare se è libera. Bravi++++

Very stylish and cozy apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. Despite the little room, there's enough space for sleeping, dining and even cooking thanks to smart interier design. The modern bathroom was the icing on the cake. I loved the shower.

On the other hand, included breakfast was really disappointing. You need to go to a cafe in Giovinazzo city centre (2.5 km one way) to get a small croissant and a cup of cappuccino or tea. The waiters will still give you the bill for the breakfast even though you don't need to pay for it. I was pondering if was this so so I should know what's the actual price for the breakfast. Anyway this and some more caffe's staff's behaviour seemed to be kind of unprofessional. Thankfully, there's a supermarket on the way back so you can get some more food from there. The accommodation itself is a very good choice. Just don't expect the breakfast to be "excellent" as stated in the profile.
