The apartment is large, nice and well located. Good for sharing with some friends.

Nothing really. The kitchen could do with some repairing/updating. One of the double room mattress could have been better.

The free car parking and the property was large and well furnished.

We stayed in apartments 8 and 9. The apartments were freezing cold when we arrived at 4 in the afternoon and we had to call management to find out how to turn the heating on. One of the bedroom radiators didn’t work properly. The shower trays in both apartments were dirty with what looked like plaster / building dust. On trying to have a shower, the water ran either freezing cold or scalding hot in both apartments. On calling management again we were told that this hadn’t happened before yet there are several previous reviews to the contrary. We were offered the use of a different apartment so we could shower but this was just before we needed to leave. I contacted the owners directly through their website regarding these issues but am yet to have a response. At £200 a night the least I would expect is heating and the ability to shower.

Just needs few a little changes. Lack of kitchen utensils, tea towel, toilet roll etc. No sweeping brush or vac to tidy round with. Kitchen cupboards a little old & run down.

The apartments were really spacious and well presented. with plenty of room for myself and children. When I had to contact someone (due to the fact that I was trying to enter the wrong apartment) they were very helpful. All communication was quick and I had no questions.

A number of carpets and sofas were marked and stained. There was also a stain on the master bedroom window sill.

Great use of space, well designed property

Couple of housekeeping jobs required, shower door in master bedroom kept coming of rail. Kitchen doors some require attention.

It’s huge! Lots of space for the 6 of us. We moved the 2 chairs from the sunroom into the lounge so we had a bit more seating. Shower in the en suite was lovely.

Not enough crockery, cups, cutlery. Having seen other reviews I bought a spare tea towel and salt and pepper with us along with one dishwasher tablet, wrongly assuming that there would be at least a couple of tablets there - nada, zilch, nothing. The shower door is temperamental, stiff and juddery when closing it. The chairs in the dining room are mismatched - not the end of the world but at £225 per night we perhaps hoped for better. Some of the lamps had bulbs missing, again not life threatening but attention to detail is somewhat lacking. The rubber gloves in the photo are an example.

Very well presented accommodation and will definitely be back
