Rosy Bay Cottage

Property had everything we needed for a weekend stay - lovely cosy cottage feel to it - property clean - bed rooms great beds comfy - bathroom massive was lovely with the bath and shower - and garden area was great to.

Hard to park during the day if popping back to cottage

Location was only let down really . Obviously a bit of an infamous street (so.we were told) in scarborough for halfwits , junkies and nutters

Clean and tidy and well maintained. There was one cobweb next to the cooker hood in the kitchen but that could of easily been missed. Carpets were very clean with a homely feel.

House directly off road no path. But would not stop me from staying there again as it wasn't a busy street

Lovely cosy house, clean and nicely decorated. Everything you need in kitchen and also close to restaurants and seafront

was so easy to check in a couple of hitches with the parking scratchcard but the host's family member came and rectified straight away would definitely recommend and return

It was cosy and exceptionally clean and modern. Felt v homely. The wood burner was lovely although we didn’t need to use it. The parking discs were very useful. Thanks

There was a slight unpleasant odour when we entered the property … not sure if it was a damp mop smell. We only had one wine glass… however it wasn’t a major issue as there were champagne flutes and tumblers.

The cottage was clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. Very well presented, home from home. Handy location, bars, shops within walking distance. Great comms with owners.

Issue with parking (one off as council wanted to fix potholes and re mark the road) so had to find alternative parking for the day from 7am until 7pm. Speeding, noisy passing cars. Steep stairs (like most properties of that age).
