Blue Ocean Suite

Upon our arrival, Chris informed us that housekeeping would be provided daily, which was very helpful as we had prepared accordingly. Unfortunately, no housekeeping service occurred during our stay, and we found the lack of communication regarding this and other issues challenging. For example, Chris noted that the TV remote was faulty, and after three days without it, we discovered it was simply due to dead batteries. Had we known, we would have replaced them ourselves to avoid any inconvenience because clearly Nox didn’t care about us having a fully functioning tv. One of the most distressing issue was the presence of cockroaches, particularly in the kitchen. Living with cockroaches was not only uncomfortable but also unhealthy and unhygienic. It was disgusting to encounter them while preparing food, and despite being assured that pest control would be arranged, no action was taken. This made our stay quite unpleasant and concerning. I do not know how many of you would stay with cockroaches for a full weekend. Disgusting to say the least!!!!!! Additionally, we want to mention that the studio has no windows and only one entrance and exit. This might not be suitable for all guests, and it would be beneficial if this detail were included in the listing, as is done with the air conditioning information. Overall, the combination of these issues turned our weekend into a frustrating experience and a waste of money. The studio is not worth the price at all. While we appreciated the studio’s design and amenities, these problems made it very difficult to fully enjoy our stay. What a terrible weeekend!
