I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, the experience was acceptable. However, there are some important points that I believe should be considered to improve the quality of the stay in the future: 1. Air Conditioning: The air conditioning was very poor, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially given the hot weather. 2. Curtains: There were no proper curtains to block sunlight, making it difficult to sleep in the morning due to direct sunlight entering the room. 3. Breakfast: The breakfast lacked variety and was repeated daily with almost the same items. Additionally, the quality was below expectations. 4. Laundry Service: There was no washing machine available for guests. However, I would like to thank the hotel staff for their cooperation in helping me wash my clothes upon request, which was done informally and with kindness. 5. Space and Facilities: The hotel needs development in terms of space and facilities. There was only one bathroom serving two bedrooms, which is inconvenient, especially for families or larger groups. I appreciate the cooperation of the hotel management, and I hope these points will be improved in the future to make the stay more comfortable and of higher quality. Sincerely,

We had a wonderful stay at one of the villas with private pool. Tucked away in the mountains, it’s a perfect escape. The road up isn’t fully paved and asfalted, but a direct phone call with the staff made it easy to find the place even thou it was late and around 22:00. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always respectful of our privacy—only coming by for housekeeping, pool checks (to lower the water temperature and chlorine level), or the fireplace when we called. Breakfast was proper and tasty, and meals from the kitchen were served right to our villa.

A very charming place nestled in the forest, offering absolute tranquility. Our suite was beautiful, impeccably clean, and felt just like home. The two-person jacuzzi, round bed, and faux fireplace added a cozy touch, making the suite exceptionally inviting.

Everything was excellent, but a heated pool would make it feel like an absolute paradise while the weather is around 16 to 20 degrees.
