К сожалению, проживание в этом отеле оставило негативное впечатление. В номере не было включено отопление, было очень холодно. Мы пытались включить кондиционер на обогрев, но он не работал. Мы обратились к сотруднику с просьбой зайти в номер и проверить, в чём проблема, однако он отказался это сделать и лишь уверял, что всё работает. Кроме того, в номере не было горячей воды — сначала нам сказали, что горячая вода есть, но позже выяснилось, что тёплая вода действительно не работала. Очень разочарованы таким отношением к гостям и отсутствием элементарного комфорта, особенно в холодное время года.

Stay away if you need to storage your luggage !!!Booking.com stated luggage storage available but is not allowed. Hence we book another hotel for another night stay just to storage our luggage Staff service is awful !!!!
