The front desk staff were nice.

The isolation was bad — I could hear the neighbors, their TV, and conversations, and the towels were rough.

The best thing about your hotel is the receptionist. They are friendly and very accommodating. ☺️ They are so helpful with anything and everything that we asked them for most, especially Nick, Georgy & the big guy too (sorry forgot his name) Mary & I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ my friend Mary wants to send her regards to receptionist Nick ♥️

I did not like that they opened the room and arranged our things without asking permission first. And also the smell of the room and the bathroom is not good maybe you could put some air freshener or something.

Całkiem dobry hotel, nie mogę powiedzieć nic aż takiego nie przyjemnego. Polecam!

Zarezerwowany na początku był jeden pokój, tylko zmiana poprzednia coś tam pomyliła i dostaliśmy inny pokój, mniejszy, ale na recepcji był bardzo odpowiedzalny hostes, który to uregulował, bardzo długo przepraszał, w reszcie znalazł dla nas większy pokój, tylko jednak nie ten, co zarezerwowaliśmy, bo on już był zajęty, i nie wziął z nas dodatkowej opłaty za psa .
