UGThe place is new and can be better with time, many challenges remain to make it reach a top notch facility. Facilities are excellent with green environment and a nice garden as well as hedges. Highly recommend for long stays (more than 1 nights), as opposed to one night stays in order to make maximum use of the facilities. Rooms are big enough but freshly furnished. Well stocked and with good internet and satellite TV. Breakfast was okay.
There was a lot of delay in checking in with to and fro calls from the reception to the, God knows who... The tiles in the bathroom floor need to be reworked as they are very smooth, slippery and could cause a lot of bathroom accidents in the long run. Blinds need to be provided for the bathroom. There were some slugs in the bathroom. Other than that, all is clean and good. Too much brightness at night due to very bright security lights on the sides of the bedrooms. It is actually darker during day than night, making sleeping quite hard. It is recommended to replace the current curtains with opaque curtains or by reducing the intensity of the security lights facing the bedrooms. Breakfast should be served at the time they promise to offer it. We checked the restaurant by 0730 and was still closed! The staff needed to offer some extra customer care, for we had to wheel our luggage from the rooms to the car, despite some of them being around and observing!!!
